We bought a car from the Steve at Sandygate Cars, a nice Ford Fiesta, the whole process was seamless no pressure very helpful and knowledgeable, very easy to work with, we had to take the car back because there was a fault on the car! this is when you measure a garage when things go wrong, well i take my hat of to them they sorted the fault ASAP and gave us a car until the issue was sorted, so with this in mind can i say THANK YOU so much, we can recommend this car sales team 1000% we have already recommended family and friends, and we have just purchased our second car from them. Phoned Sandygate Cars about a van for sale , turned up to test drive the van and the whole deal was done in 45 minutes. Paul didn't waste time with a lot of sales pitch and nonsense, straight fella and i'd recommend Sandygate Cars .

I found SandyGate through Car Finance 24/7. They had a lovely little Fiat 500 convertible for sale that I absolutely fell in love with! Despite myself being in South West Wales, SandyGate delivered it for me! The car had a problem a little later with the brake sensor, but SandyGate stuck to their word and paid for the repairs for me. Making the effort to call the local garage who were fixing it and talking to them when my local garage were being difficult. They kept communication clear and open the whole time. I am very pleased with the car, and Sandy Gate's service. Ever so grateful too. Thank you all!

Bought my first car here with no issue and great service, after a few days realised the gear box needed fixing , Paul sorted it straight away and within the week had my car back all fixed , the guys are all great , will definitely be back when I want an up grade

I purchased a great van from here. Russel was really attentive without being pushy.
They had to carry out some work before we picked it up with 12 months MOT.
I had a problem 3 weeks after purchase that required a garage near me to fix.
When I contacted them Paul reimbursed my costs the very next day after receiving the invoice from the garage.
Wonder service.
Would highly recommend.

I was in the market for a new car after my last ones handbrake snapped and rolled down a hill and got written off. I've never heard of Sandygate before and noticed they were in walking distance of where i live. I checked reviews and the majority of people have had a good experiance. I noticed a common theme of great customer service. I even checked the bad reviews and noticed that the owners had replied to them giving more context to the negative review.

Initially i was looking at buying a Mazda MX-5 outright but the one i chose to test drive was just out of my budget and wasn't available on fianance (07 plate + 100k+ miles). Luckily they had the exact same model that was a lot newer and more worthy of being fiananced. Paul gave me straight answers to all my questions and even the ones i thought were a bit silly to ask. A trend in these reviews is that the staff are not pushy and it honestly does hold true. Paul could see that i knew what i wanted and he wasn't going to try and sell me something else, Paul gave me all the information i needed when i came to fianancing the car and getting the Tax sorted on it.

Paul assured me that before i take the car away that he was going to make sure that it's had it's MOT and the rear brakes replaced. Paul was quick to tell me the issues with the car before i put any money down. I even asked for the under side of the car to be sprayed to prevent rust, i said that i'd pay for it but Paul insisted that he'd get it sorted for me, which he did! They took care of all the bills. Absolute amazing service from these guys, they kept me updated whilst my car was being MOT'd, fianancing took no more than 10 minutes to finish and i was out of the dealership in my new car in no time!
